How Do I Return an Item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bubzilla Sling, return within 14 days of purchase in original packaging for full refund. (Please complete the refund request form)

Please include a copy of proof of purchase that you received with your Bubzilla Sling and indicate the reason for the return.
Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears below.

We will credit you by one of the following methods EFT, cheque, money order, please indicate preferred option, and your refund will exclude any delivery fees (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Your feedback would be appreciated.

How Can I Exchange a Product(s)?

If you would like to exchange colour or size, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements on the Exchange Product Form and include:

$5.95 for delivery in Australia (cheque, money order or credit card details).
$15.95 for deliveries outside Australia (credit cards only).

If possible please include an alternative choice of colour and/or size as we may have sold out of your first choice.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 14 days of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Again, your feedback would be very much appreciated.
